Terms of Service

Visitemap reads the statistics Google already keeps about websites you own, and presents them as one view: a 3D globe of where your traffic comes from, the pages that earn, the queries behind them, and a short list of things worth doing next.

It reads from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, and looks up the public Domain Rating for each website address you add. It writes nothing back to your website, your Search Console property or your Analytics property, and it places no script on your site.

Everything Visitemap shows is a presentation of data that originates with those providers. We do not warrant its accuracy, and where our figures disagree with Google’s, Google is the source of record.

You need a Google account to sign in. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under yours, and you agree the details you give us are accurate.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not use Visitemap if we have previously closed your account.

You may only add websites you own or are authorised to manage. In practice Google enforces this too, because the connection only returns properties your Google account already has access to.

You confirm that you have the right to let us process the data for those properties, and that doing so does not breach an agreement you have with someone else. If you add a site on behalf of a client or an employer, you confirm you are permitted to.

You can disconnect at any time, either by removing the site in Visitemap or by revoking our access from your Google account permissions.

• •The free plan covers two sites with a limited history window, and costs nothing. There is no trial to expire and no card to add.
• •Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. They handle the payment, the tax and the receipt; we never see your card details.
• •Changing plan takes effect immediately. Moving up is charged straight away with the remainder of your current period credited; moving down applies at your next renewal.
• •Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of a period.
• •Prices can change. If a change affects a plan you are already on, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

If a payment fails we will retry it. If it keeps failing, your account moves to the free plan and the section below applies.

If you end up on a plan that allows fewer sites than you have, we do not pick which ones to keep. You do.

• •You choose which sites stay within your new limit. The others stop syncing straight away and their data is kept, untouched, for seven days.
• •Restore your plan inside those seven days and everything comes back exactly as it was, with no gap in the history.
• •After seven days, the data for the sites over your limit is deleted permanently. We email you before that happens.

History beyond your plan’s window is hidden rather than deleted while your account stays open, so an upgrade later restores the view rather than starting a new one.

Do not:

• •Connect a property you are not authorised to access, or use Visitemap to look at someone else's traffic without their permission.
• •Resell, republish or redistribute Visitemap's output as your own product, or use it to build a competing dataset or index.
• •Scrape the service, automate it outside the interfaces we provide, or work around rate limits, plan limits or paywalls.
• •Attempt to reach data belonging to another account, probe our infrastructure, or interfere with anyone else's use of the service.
• •Upload or transmit anything unlawful or malicious.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will ask you to fix it first.

Visitemap depends on services we do not control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

• •Google. Visitemap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Search Console and Analytics are Google’s products, subject to Google’s terms, and Google can change or withdraw its APIs at any time. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• •Ahrefs. Domain Rating is a metric owned by Ahrefs and shown under their Domain Rating License, with attribution. We do not calculate it and cannot change it.
• •Lemon Squeezy. Merchant of record for paid plans. Their terms govern the transaction itself.

If a provider changes its data, its limits or its availability, parts of Visitemap may change or stop working. That is outside our control, and it is not a breach of these terms.

Your data stays yours. The statistics about your websites belong to you. We hold them to run the service for you, and we claim no ownership over them. You can delete them at any time, and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold.

You grant us the permission we need to do that work: to fetch, store, process and display your data inside your own account, and nothing further. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it.

Visitemap stays ours. The software, the visualisations, the scoring and ranking behind the recommendations, the interface and the name are ours. Using the service does not transfer any of it to you.

If you send us a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.

Visitemap is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that a sync will always complete, or that the figures will be free of error. Data arrives from Google with a delay of two to three days, which is Google’s delay and not ours.

We add, change and remove features. If we remove something material from a paid plan, we will tell you by email, and you may cancel.

If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice, stop charging, and give you a way to take your data with you.

Visitemap helps you read your traffic. It does not make decisions for you, and acting on what it shows is your call. We are not liable for lost traffic, lost revenue, lost data, or business decisions taken on the strength of anything the service displays.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you have consumer rights in your country, this section does not take them away.

You can stop at any time: cancel your plan in Settings, or delete your account outright, which removes your profile, your sites, your statistics and the tokens we hold.

We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable-use section, or where we are required to. Except where the breach makes notice inappropriate, we will tell you first and refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Visitemap.

If we change them, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for a material change we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer protection you have where you live.
