HubSpot AEO tracks how your brand appears in AI-generated answers on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, then gives you prioritised, plain-language recommendations to improve it.

You get a brand visibility score, competitor share of voice and sentiment measured on a scale from minus 100 to plus 100. Citation analysis shows which domains and pages drive your mentions. If you are not sure what to track, HubSpot suggests prompts based on your industry and competitors.

It is sold as a standalone product at $50 a month, or $45 a month billed annually, with 25 tracked prompts and more available to buy. You do not need any other HubSpot subscription, although it is also included in Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise. There is a free trial covering 25 prompts with no credit card.

HubSpot also offers the free AEO Grader, a one-time check that scores your sentiment, share of voice, brand recognition and market position without an account. It is a quick way to see where you stand before paying for ongoing tracking.

HubSpot AEO suits small and mid-sized marketing teams, especially those already on HubSpot, who want an affordable, easy starting point. Teams that need more engines or thousands of prompts will outgrow it.
