InboxKit provisions real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, plus Azure mailboxes, on your own domains, with DNS records including SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX configured automatically.

Deliverability is covered after setup too. Mailboxes go through a built-in 14-day isolated warm-up, then keep low-volume warm-up activity running alongside your campaigns. InfraGuard checks blacklists, DNS, bounce rates and inbox placement every six hours, sends alerts and can pause sending automatically when something goes wrong, with a target of more than 90% inbox placement. One-click exports send your mailboxes to more than 24 sequencers, including Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist and Apollo.

InboxKit suits agencies and sales teams that want managed mailboxes with ongoing monitoring rather than set-and-forget inboxes.

Azure is priced per domain rather than per mailbox, which makes it the cheaper route when you need many inboxes on each domain.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes cost $2.50 each a month on enterprise annual billing, Azure costs $30 per domain for up to 100 mailboxes, and warm-up is $3 per mailbox a month.
