How it works
Calendar days
The difference is measured in whole calendar days. The current day counts as day zero.
Add or subtract
Days, weeks and years use exact calendar math. Months clamp to the last valid day.
Business days
Weekdays are counted separately, excluding Saturday and Sunday. Holidays are not applied yet.
Your timezone
Date-only calculations use the calendar date. Timezone conversion lives in the world clock.
Good to know
- If you add one month to 31 January, the result is the last day of February.
- Business days count the weekdays after the start date and up to, but not including, the end date.
- The dates are processed in your browser and are not stored.
