About Maildoso
Maildoso runs cold email mailboxes on its own servers and IP addresses rather than reselling Google or Microsoft accounts. Its SMTP mailboxes are designed specifically for outbound campaigns and can be very cheap at volume.
Self-healing mailboxes rotate IPs automatically when reputation slips, CAPTCHA protection guards your domains, and reputation measurements show how each mailbox is doing. Every account gets free deliverability audits, an API and MCP access for automation, and native support for nine sequencers. Maildoso asks for a 14-day warm-up before campaigns start and recommends up to 15 cold emails and 80 warm-up emails a day per mailbox. You can register domains directly.
Maildoso keeps a strict no-discount policy, so prices are the same for everyone, and it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Monthly plans start at $75 for 30 mailboxes, or $2.50 each, and drop to $225 for 300 mailboxes and $499 for 1,000, or $0.49 each. Domains cost $12 a year, rising to $15 from October 2026. There is no free trial.
