Puzzle Inbox sells ready-to-use inboxes for cold email outreach. You choose Google Workspace or Outlook inboxes, standard or pre-warmed, and they arrive DNS-ready within 24 to 72 hours, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC already configured.

The process is deliberately simple: once your inboxes are delivered, you drop the login credentials into your cold email tool and start sending. Pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes let you skip the usual warm-up period and send sooner, while standard inboxes cost less if you are happy to warm them yourself.

Puzzle Inbox says it is trusted by more than 1,200 agencies and sales teams and has deployed over 70,800 active inboxes.

Because pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes cost more than standard ones, many teams mix the two: pre-warmed inboxes for campaigns that need to start straight away, and standard inboxes warmed with their own tool for later campaigns. Low-cost Outlook inboxes help spread sending volume across more senders.

Outlook 365 standard inboxes cost $0.35 each, Google Workspace standard inboxes $3 each and pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes $4.50 each. There is no minimum order listed.
