Zapmail provides US-hosted Google and Microsoft mailboxes for cold email, and automates the tedious parts: creating the mailboxes, configuring SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and connecting them to your outreach tool. Average setup takes about five minutes.
Pre-warmed accounts are available if you need to send right away, domain management is built in, and AI tools help generate domain names and mailbox details. Zapmail connects to more than 50 outreach tools, including Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox, Reply and lemlist.
Zapmail says it has set up more than a million mailboxes and manages over 330,000 domains for more than 50,000 businesses, with a 4.5 rating on Trustpilot.
The Starter plan costs $39 a month and includes ten Google mailboxes, with extra mailboxes at $3.50 each. Growth is $99 a month for 30 mailboxes and Pro is $299 a month for 100, with lower prices for each extra mailbox on bigger plans. There is no free trial.
