Orum is an AI-powered parallel dialer for outbound sales teams. It calls several prospects at the same time and connects reps to the first person who picks up, using AI to filter out voicemails, phone trees and bad numbers so reps spend their time in conversations rather than waiting.

Orum does not cap dials on paid plans, and it includes multiple caller IDs to help calls get answered. Reps can run call blocks together in a shared live floor, managers can listen and coach, and every call is logged automatically to the CRM and sales engagement platform. The free trial is limited to 500 dials. Plans are sold on annual contracts. Third-party sources put the Launch plan at about $250 per user a month billed yearly, often with a minimum number of seats, and higher tiers with more parallel lines are custom priced.
